The old year has shown thousands of pieces of brocade, and the New Year has made hundreds of feet of pole. The year of 2023 is waving goodbye,  and the bell of 2024 is about to ring.

On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of RHITL Logistics Co., Ltd., I would like to extend our sincerest greetings and heartfelt gratitude to the customers and partners who have trusted RHITL during the years, to the relevant government departments and industry associations that have supported RHITL, and to the employees and their families who have devoted to RHITL’s development.

The past year has been a year of rebuilding industry order after the epidemic, and a year for RHITL to seek development and progress. This year, the shipping market has transformed from a seller's market with high demand without cost-consideration to a buyer's market with low demand. With abundant transportation capacity and lower freight rates, the price war which has been dormant for many years has resurfaced. The sudden Red Sea crisis at the end of the year resulted in an sharp increase in shipping costs and an extension of shipping schedules. Facing to all these difficulties, RHITL staff is brave enough to make progress and take proactive actions, and finally made great success that have not been achieved in the past few years.

The past year has been a year of business innovation and transformation for RHITL. After the epidemic, some customers had an urgent need to rebuild their logistics chain. We took this opportunity and participated in bidding for some large enterprise logistics projects. Overcoming numerous difficulties such as fluctuating freight rates, high transportation time requirements, and insufficient transportation resources, we have successfully provided customers with highly satisfactory logistics services, which have been recognized and praised by customers. Despite the sluggish shipping market throughout the year, RHITL achieved dual growth in both cargo volume and revenue.

The past year was the beginning of RHITL's digital construction. Combining customer needs and business development requirements, we have selected digital service providers and increased investment, and achieved unprecedented progress. The company's IT system has been upgraded, with all business data and files stored in the cloud, resulting in more accurate information recording and safer and more reliable system operation; We launched a customs declaration robot to achieve higher efficiency and accuracy; We also realized interconnection and interoperability with customer IT systems, with real-time, paperless, and visual data transmission. These have accumulated valuable experience for the construction of RHITL's digital logistics system platform.

In the past year, there has been new progress in the internal construction of RHITL. The structure of logistics professionals has been optimized, team configuration has been more reasonable, and professional logistics services have been recognized by customers. RHITL headquarters moved to new office with better working environment. All these have opened a new chapter for the future development of RHITL.

On a windy journey of thousands of miles, we set off again with heavy responsibilities.

2024 is a year full of opportunities and challenges. Despite of all the difficulties, RHITL shows even more courage and perseverance; despite of all these difficulties, RHITL will stick to their original intention. RHITL people will adhere to their original aspirations, seize opportunities, break the obstacles, and achieve new development and breakthroughs in the new era.

In the new year, development and reform remain as the top priority for RHITL. By analyzing the changes in the international and domestic market situation, RHITL will make future development plans by taking market competition into consideration consciously, and avoid to be blindly optimistic, but to carry the courage to innovate in mind to seek development through innovation. The company will strengthen its market layout, increase investment in infrastructure in some important areas, and enhance its competitiveness.

In the new year, we will focus on digital construction and empower our company's development with digitalization. Aiming to build a digital logistics system platform, RHITL will increase investment in digital construction, accelerate the development of digital construction, achieve new goals and new breakthroughs.

In the new year, in response to the national development requirements of zero carbon, green, and environmental protection, we will promote the construction of green logistics around the national goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality to get ISO14001 certified by purchasing new energy vehicles, and continuing to promote green paperless office within the company.

In the new year, enhancing comprehensive competitiveness is the focus of the company's internal construction. The construction of domestic networks will be strengthened by building teams with greater scale and market competitiveness. The headquarters will also increase support for branch offices to promote their faster development.

A new year, will be a new era, will be a new journey, and will be a new leap forward for RHITL people to accumulate strength and strive for success. 2024 will be even better!
